The sons of Leah; Reuben, Jacob's firstborn, and Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Zebulun:
The sons of Rachel; Joseph, and Benjamin:
And the sons of Bilhah, Rachel's handmaid; Dan, and Naphtali:
And the sons of Zilpah, Leah's handmaid: Gad, and Asher: these are the sons of Jacob, which were born to him in Padanaram.   Genesis 35:23-26

And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this was the offering of Nethaneel the son of Zuar.   Numbers 7:18-23 


And over the host of the tribe of the children of Issachar was Nethaneel the son of Zuar.   Numbers 10:15 


Of the tribe of Issachar, Igal the son of Joseph.   Numbers 13:7 


Of the sons of Issachar after their families: of Tola, the family of the Tolaites: of Pua, the family of the Punites:
