Swallow

For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods.   Exodus 7:12 

Thou stretchedst out thy right hand, the earth swallowed them.   Exodus 15:12 

But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.
And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them:

Israel is swallowed up: now shall they be among the Gentiles as a vessel wherein is no pleasure.   Hosea 8:7, 8 

Hear this, O ye that swallow up the needy, even to make the poor of the land to fail,
Saying, When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?

The LORD hath sworn by the excellency of Jacob, Surely I will never forget any of their works.   Amos 8:4-7 

For as ye have drunk upon my holy mountain, so shall all the heathen drink continually, yea, they shall drink, and they shall swallow down, and they shall be as though they had not been.   Obadiah 1:16
