Behold, I will command, saith the LORD, and cause them to return to this city; and they shall fight against it, and take it, and burn it with fire: and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation without an inhabitant.   Jeremiah 34:22

And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:
And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.   Mark 13:14-16 


But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.   Luke 11:17 


And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.   Luke 21:20
