The  waters made him great, the deep set him up on high with her  rivers running round about his plants, and sent her little  rivers unto all the  trees of the  field.
Therefore his height was exalted above all the  trees of the  field, and his boughs were multiplied, and his branches became long because of the multitude of  waters, when he shot forth.
All the fowls of  heaven made their nests in his boughs, and under his branches did all the beasts of the  field bring forth their young, and under his shadow dwelt all great nations.   Ezekiel 31:4-6

Upon his ruin shall all the fowls of the  heaven remain, and all the beasts of the  field shall be upon his branches:
To the end that none of all the  trees by the  waters exalt themselves for their height, neither shoot up their top among the thick boughs, neither their  trees stand up in their height, all that drink  water: for they are all delivered unto death, to the nether parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with them that go down to the pit.
Thus saith the Lord  GOD; In the day when he went down to the grave I caused a mourning: I covered the deep for him, and I restrained the  floods thereof, and the great  waters were stayed: and I caused Lebanon to mourn for him, and all the  trees of the  field fainted for him.   Ezekiel 31:13-15

Say thou thus unto them, Thus saith the Lord  GOD; As I live, surely they that are in the wastes shall fall by the  sword, and him that is in the open  field will I give to the beasts to be devoured, and they that be in the forts and in the caves shall die of the  pestilence.   Ezekiel 33:27

And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the  field, when they were scattered.   Ezekiel 34:5

As I live, saith the Lord  GOD, surely because my flock became a prey, and my flock became meat to every beast of the  field, because there was no shepherd, neither did my shepherds search for my flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not my flock;
Therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of the LORD;
Thus saith the Lord  GOD; Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require my flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver my flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them.   Ezekiel 34:8-10

And the  tree of the  field shall yield her fruit, and the earth shall yield her increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them.   Ezekiel 34:27

So that the fishes of the  sea, and the fowls of the  heaven, and the beasts of the  field, and all creeping things that creep upon the earth, and all the men that are upon the face of the earth, shall shake at my presence, and the mountains shall be thrown down, and the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.   Ezekiel 38:20

Thou shalt fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy bands, and the people that is with thee: I will give thee unto the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the  field to be devoured.
Thou shalt fall upon the open  field: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord  GOD.   Ezekiel 39:4, 5

So that they shall take no  wood out of the  field, neither cut down any out of the forests; for they shall  burn the weapons with  fire: and they shall spoil those that spoiled them, and rob those that robbed them, saith the Lord  GOD.   Ezekiel 39:10

And, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord  GOD; Speak unto every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the  field, Assemble yourselves, and come; gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I do sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat  flesh, and drink  blood.   Ezekiel 39:17

And wheresoever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the  field and the fowls of the  heaven hath he given into thine hand, and hath made thee ruler over them all. Thou art this head of  gold.   Daniel 2:38

The leaves thereof were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all: the beasts of the  field had shadow under it, and the fowls of the  heaven dwelt in the boughs thereof, and all  flesh was fed of it.   Daniel 4:12

Nevertheless leave the stump of his roots in the earth, even with a band of iron and  brass, in the tender  grass of the  field; and let it be wet with the dew of  heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts in the  grass of the earth:
Let his  heart be changed from man's, and let a beast's  heart be given unto him; and let seven times pass over him.   Daniel 4:15, 16

Whose leaves were fair, and the fruit thereof much, and in it was meat for all; under which the beasts of the  field dwelt, and upon whose branches the fowls of the  heaven had their habitation:
It is thou, O king, that art grown and become strong: for thy greatness is grown, and reacheth unto  heaven, and thy dominion to the end of the earth.
And whereas the king saw a watcher and an holy one coming down from  heaven, and saying, Hew the  tree down, and destroy it; yet leave the stump of the roots thereof in the earth, even with a band of iron and  brass, in the tender  grass of the  field; and let it be wet with the dew of  heaven, and let his portion be with the beasts of the  field, till seven times pass over him;
This is the interpretation, O king, and this is the decree of the most High, which is come upon my lord the king:
That they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the  field, and they shall make thee to eat  grass as oxen, and they shall wet thee with the dew of  heaven, and seven times shall pass over thee, till thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.   Daniel 4:21-25

And they shall drive thee from men, and thy dwelling shall be with the beasts of the  field: they shall make thee to eat  grass as oxen, and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.   Daniel 4:32

The  field is wasted, the land mourneth; for the  corn is wasted: the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth.
Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the  wheat and for the  barley; because the harvest of the  field is perished.
The vine is dried up, and the fig  tree languisheth; the pomegranate  tree, the palm  tree also, and the apple  tree, even all the  trees of the  field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.   Joel 1:10-12

O LORD, to thee will I cry: for the  fire hath devoured the  pastures of the wilderness, and the flame hath burned all the  trees of the  field.

And they covet  fields, and take them by  violence; and houses, and take them away: so they oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.
Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, against this family do I devise an  evil, from which ye shall not remove your necks; neither shall ye go haughtily: for this time is  evil.
In that day shall one take up a parable against you, and lament with a doleful lamentation, and say, We be utterly spoiled: he hath changed the portion of my people: how hath he removed it from me! turning away he hath divided our  fields.   Micah 2:2-4

Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a  field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.   Micah 3:12

Although the fig  tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the  olive shall fail, and the  fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the  God of my salvation.   Habakkuk 3:17, 18

And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the  field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Wherefore, if  God so clothe the  grass of the  field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.   Matthew 6:28-32

Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of  heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his  field:
But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the  wheat, and went his way.
But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy  field? from whence then hath it tares?
He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the  wheat with them.
Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to  burn them: but gather the  wheat into my  barn.
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of  heaven is like to a grain of  mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his  field:
Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a  tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.   Matthew 13:24-32

Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the  field.
He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man;
The  field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;
The enemy that sowed them is the  devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.   Matthew 13:36-39
