These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.   Genesis 6:9 


For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.   Genesis 18:19 


Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.   Exodus 23:7 


Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have: I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.   Leviticus 19:36 


Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment.
Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

I know it is so of a truth: but how should man be just with God?

If I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse.   Job 9:20 


Should not the multitude of words be answered? and should a man full of talk be justified?
Should thy lies make men hold their peace? and when thou mockest, shall no man make thee ashamed?
For thou hast said, My doctrine is pure, and I am clean in thine eyes.   Job 11:2-4 


I am as one mocked of his neighbour, who calleth upon God, and he answereth him: the just upright man is laughed to scorn.   Job 12:4

How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?

Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.

Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.   Romans 3:24-30 


For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God.   Romans 4:2 


But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.   Romans 4:5 


Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.   Romans 4:25 


Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
