Third Day

On the third day.


  • This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. There are only 24 hours in a day. - 157

On the third day Eliab the son of Helon, prince of the children of Zebulun, did offer:

One golden spoon of ten shekels, full of incense:

And for a sacrifice of peace offerings, two oxen, five rams, five he goats, five lambs of the first year: this was the offering of Eliab the son of Helon.   Numbers 7:24-29 


He shall purify himself with it on the third day, and on the seventh day he shall be clean: but if he purify not himself the third day, then the seventh day he shall not be clean.   Numbers 19:12

So Jeroboam and all the people came to Rehoboam on the third day, as the king bade, saying, Come again to me on the third day.   2 Chronicles 10:12 


And this house was finished on the third day of the month Adar, which was in the sixth year of the reign of Darius the king.   Ezra 6:15
