Moreover the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah the second time, while he was yet shut up in the court of the  prison, saying,

Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.   Jeremiah 33:1-3

Then read Baruch in the book the words of Jeremiah in the house of the LORD, in the chamber of Gemariah the son of Shaphan the scribe, in the higher court, at the entry of the new gate of the LORD's house, in the ears of all the people.   Jeremiah 36:10

And they went in to the king into the court, but they laid up the roll in the chamber of Elishama the scribe, and told all the words in the ears of the king.   Jeremiah 36:20

Then Zedekiah the king commanded that they should commit Jeremiah into the court of the  prison, and that they should give him daily a piece of  bread out of the bakers' street, until all the  bread in the city were spent. Thus Jeremiah remained in the court of the  prison.   Jeremiah 37:21

Then took they Jeremiah, and cast him into the dungeon of Malchiah the son of Hammelech, that was in the court of the  prison: and they let down Jeremiah with cords. And in the dungeon there was no  water, but mire: so Jeremiah sunk in the mire.   Jeremiah 38:6

So they drew up Jeremiah with cords, and took him up out of the dungeon: and Jeremiah remained in the court of the  prison.   Jeremiah 38:13

So Jeremiah abode in the court of the  prison until the day that Jerusalem was taken: and he was there when Jerusalem was taken.   Jeremiah 38:28

And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD's house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the  sun toward the east.   Ezekiel 8:16

And he said unto them, Defile the house, and fill the courts with the slain: go ye forth. And they went forth, and slew in the city.   Ezekiel 9:7

Now the cherubims stood on the right side of the house, when the man went in; and the cloud filled the inner court.
Then the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub, and stood over the threshold of the house; and the house was filled with the cloud, and the court was full of the brightness of the LORD's glory.
And the sound of the cherubims' wings was heard even to the outer court, as the voice of the Almighty  God when he speaketh.   Ezekiel 10:3-5

He made also posts of threescore cubits, even unto the post of the court round about the gate.   Ezekiel 40:14

Then brought he me into the outward court, and, lo, there were chambers, and a pavement made for the court round about: thirty chambers were upon the pavement.
And the pavement by the side of the gates over against the length of the gates was the lower pavement.
Then he measured the breadth from the forefront of the lower gate unto the forefront of the inner court without, an hundred cubits eastward and northward.
And the gate of the outward court that looked toward the north, he measured the length thereof, and the breadth thereof.   Ezekiel 40:17-20

And the gate of the inner court was over against the gate toward the north, and toward the east; and he measured from gate to gate an hundred cubits.   Ezekiel 40:23

And there was a gate in the inner court toward the south: and he measured from gate to gate toward the south an hundred cubits.
And he brought me to the inner court by the south gate: and he measured the south gate according to these measures;
And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, according to these measures: and there were windows in it and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.
And the arches round about were five and twenty cubits long, and five cubits broad.
And the arches thereof were toward the utter court; and palm  trees were upon the posts thereof: and the going up to it had eight steps.
And he brought me into the inner court toward the east: and he measured the gate according to these measures.
And the little chambers thereof, and the posts thereof, and the arches thereof, were according to these measures: and there were windows therein and in the arches thereof round about: it was fifty cubits long, and five and twenty cubits broad.
And the arches thereof were toward the outward court; and palm  trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the going up to it had eight steps.   Ezekiel 40:27-34

And the posts thereof were toward the utter court; and palm  trees were upon the posts thereof, on this side, and on that side: and the going up to it had eight steps.   Ezekiel 40:37

And without the inner gate were the chambers of the singers in the inner court, which was at the side of the north gate; and their prospect was toward the south: one at the side of the east gate having the prospect toward the north.   Ezekiel 40:44

So he measured the court, an hundred cubits long, and an hundred cubits broad, foursquare; and the altar that was before the house.   Ezekiel 40:47

And he measured the length of the building over against the separate place which was behind it, and the galleries thereof on the one side and on the other side, an hundred cubits, with the inner temple, and the porches of the court;
The door posts, and the narrow windows, and the galleries round about on their three stories, over against the door, cieled with  wood round about, and from the ground up to the windows, and the windows were covered;
To that above the door, even unto the inner house, and without, and by all the wall round about within and without, by measure.   Ezekiel 41:15-17

Then he brought me forth into the utter court, the way toward the north: and he brought me into the chamber that was over against the separate place, and which was before the building toward the north.
Before the length of an hundred cubits was the north door, and the breadth was fifty cubits.
Over against the twenty cubits which were for the inner court, and over against the pavement which was for the utter court, was gallery against gallery in three stories.   Ezekiel 42:1-3

For they were in three stories, but had not pillars as the pillars of the courts: therefore the building was straitened more than the lowest and the middlemost from the ground.
And the wall that was without over against the chambers, toward the utter court on the forepart of the chambers, the length thereof was fifty cubits.
For the length of the chambers that were in the utter court was fifty cubits: and, lo, before the temple were an hundred cubits.
And from under these chambers was the entry on the east side, as one goeth into them from the utter court.
The chambers were in the thickness of the wall of the court toward the east, over against the separate place, and over against the building.   Ezekiel 42:6-10

They shall have  linen bonnets upon their heads, and shall have  linen breeches upon their loins; they shall not gird themselves with any thing that causeth sweat.
And when they go forth into the utter court, even into the utter court to the people, they shall put off their  garments wherein they ministered, and lay them in the holy chambers, and they shall put on other  garments; and they shall not sanctify the people with their  garments.
Neither shall they shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall only poll their heads.
Neither shall any priest drink wine, when they enter into the inner court.   Ezekiel 44:17-21

And in the day that he goeth into the sanctuary, unto the inner court, to minister in the sanctuary, he shall offer his sin offering, saith the Lord  GOD.   Ezekiel 44:27

Thus saith the Lord  GOD; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new  moon it shall be opened.   Ezekiel 46:1

Then said he unto me, This is the place where the priests shall boil the trespass offering and the sin offering, where they shall bake the meat offering; that they bear them not out into the utter court, to sanctify the people.
Then he brought me forth into the utter court, and caused me to pass by the four corners of the court; and, behold, in every corner of the court there was a court.

Who wouldn't get frustrated, if they got pulled over by a police officer for speeding when no one is in sight for miles? I don't know of one person. Lots of people feel that to be ridiculous and injustice. Because the government wants to nip crime in the bud; no one wants their expensive equipment stolen. We need to uphold a submissive attitude toward the laws and the law enforcers.
